I had a minor stroke in early Sept and have received ongoing outstanding care from both Doctor Patient and the nurses. I feel completely confident in their hands. The online booking and telephone systems are highly efficient. We hear so many negative comments regarding the NHS but my experience has been nothing but positive. Thank you Parklands.

Phoned for an appointment this morning and got a call back within 15 minutes. Receptionist was polite and helpful.

I telephoned the practice to make 2 appointments as I had received a letter to book blood test and cervical test , the receptionist was friendly , professional and helpful , I was given 2 appointments on the same day close together which was helpful , on arrival, there was adequate parking , good clear sign instructions , electronic check in , waiting room is spotlessly clean , visually lots of info including TV advertising , my appointments were on time , the nurses I saw were friendly , welcoming , professional , made me feel really comfortable .

Telephoned for appointment, was given one same day, saw Dr very efficient, friendly and professional. Reception staff friendly efficient and professional, thank you.

The surgery has clearly made a huge improvement to its patient services since the difficulties of the last few years. A change that has raised its game immeasurable. I am now confident with the level of care, the helpfulness of the reception staff and their politeness.

From the backroom team to. Doctors, nurses and paramedic, I cannot fault the care I receive from Parklands, Over the past 12 years the surgery has definitely been there when needed. Thank you. Also loving the queuing ring back service when phoning in.

When asked about new process to be introduced in September to vaccinate against shingles the receptions found out immediately all aspects of the proposed procedures and returned my call in super quick time.

Today I had a wonderful experience I managed to get 2 appointments one for nurse, and one for doctor, I had been refused an appointment a week ago, and was rather upset by the way I was spoken to, today all is well and I can see a doctor 😘 thank you parklands surgery but not the rude ones

I called late this morning as i had a reaction to an insect bite and the pharmacist said I might need anti biotics. I had an appointment just 2 hours later with a paramedic who was able to check the bite and prescribe the needed medication. I’m very pleased the practice is being creative in the variety of staff so that patients can be seen quickly

Surgery meticulously reviewed my medication. Has kept me informed of communication from other sections of the nhs - hospitals and services in repect of ongoing and recently emerging new health conditions and consonant investigations/treatment.
