I have been a patient at Park Medical for over 20 years. Despite it being a busy practice, I have always received the best of attention and care from the doctors and the supporting staff. Arranging doctor’s appointments with the reception team has never been a problem and obtaining repeat prescriptions has worked without fail. I have always felt that I received real individual attention during all the various doctor’s consultations and that with a caring, but efficient, attitude. I would also point out the dedication in trying to resolve some recent issues that I received from the pharmacist. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and his thoughtful and empathetic manner has been of great help.

My care by this practice has always been excellent but particularly this week when they have carried out tests, got the results back and set me up with a hospital consultation. I think as well as there being good and committed staff the way they are organised with other practices in the area allows them to be so good. Many thanks to the whole team.

From the receptionists to the pharmacist to the nurses and doctors this practice gives a thoughtful responsive and immediate service
