So far having recently changed to this practice! Wow! What a great set up. Staff are friendly and reception always manned which at my last surgery there was always queues to book in. I struggled to see a doctor face to face at me last surgery but here not a problem. Thank you

My prescription was unavailable at the chemist due to short supplies, one call to the surgery and a replacement was issued. Good service better than trying to get a doctors appointment by telephone at 8.00am.

Doctors and nurses and all the staff are superb.but the new system with repeat prescriptions maybe having teething problems as it taken me two weeks and two prescriptions to receive my medication

We would advise patients, where possible, to order their repeat prescription through the online service portal or alternatively by dropping their repeat prescription into the surgery. We aim to send all prescriptions to the pharmacy within 2 working days. As I have to have my blood pressure taken every day at the moment which makes me anxious, the Receptionists are truly wonderful staying with me as the machine takes the readings. Thank you ladies for your patience and understanding.

All staff are professional,patient,kind and helpful but would especially like to thank the receptionists, whenever i call with a problem they are very prompt at sorting queries out and are so good at keeping you informed at every stage.
