I have based my rating on my contact with the surgery today. On this occasion I was able to get through to the practice and reschedule a phlebotomy appointment without having to wait in a queue or to be told there are no appointments left for today. Wish all contact with the surgery were the same.

I attended an arranged appointment in Wakefield. The same day I was phoned by the surgery to see how I got on. I am so absolutely impressed. That is just, well I am lost for words.

Thank you to the staff member who answered the call today they were very helpful in finding an appointment with the diabetic nurse for blood tests. The staff member was happy, polite, accommodating and you felt valued thank you.

I had a message yesterday from the practice asking me to contact for a regular review of my medication ( the practice is really on the ball with this). Phoned this morning and after waiting a short while was answered by a very helpful member of the team who not only made an appointment for a review over the phone ( very convenient - no travel) but was able to confirm reissue of my medication in the interim. Usual excellent professional and pleasant contact.

Moved back into the area, 28 weeks pregnant, with a complicated ask (on my own part) and the ladies at reception were very understanding, accommodating and friendly. Went out of their way to help and booked me in straight away with all the extra information I needed for various questions. Would highly recommend

Many thanks to staff at surgery who dealt with me today after my fall. A special thanks to the lady who came with me to take my dog home and then escorted me to the surgery where staff were waiting to attend to my injuries.

I try and avoid coming to the surgery if it all possible as I usually struggle to get through for an appointment and when I do they're all taken. However my visit to see the nurse (rp) today was a wholey different experience. I was called through on time, she was super helpful and we even discussed my other concerns and she was able to book me in with a GP for a telephone call the same morning. What a refreshing change! Thank you
