Very positive experience at the surgery 2 weeks ago. Queing outside as it’s usually a problem getting an appointment, nurse came out to que before 8am and explained to us all there was a new system in place. She took all our names and let us go home as it was cold and raining. Within 20 minutes she had called me back and was able to help me over the phone. Hopefully no more queing from 0730am! I have heard from friends they have also had much more positive experiences! I’m sure the whole team is working hard to make these changes so credit where credit is due for you all!

Wow! what an improvement! phones answered immediately. Appointments available in the afternoon when I called. All staff polite and extremely helpful. Good work and I really hope this continues

The nursing staff have always been very good, friendly and knowledgeable in the few years we have been at this practice, but getting an appointment has been a very difficult and stressful process. I am pleased to say that they have implemented a new system meaning that same day appointments are much more possible, and meaning that we don’t need to queue outside in the morning when you are feeling rough. Thank you so much for your improvements and your continued hard work, North Road!

The nurse I saw was very patient and took the time to listen . She was thorough with her checks and helped advise me on what I could do to help ease symptoms.

My son ha shad reoccurring ear infections. Always found the surgery very helpful - recently needed a letter for a private referral this was completed by the clinician immediately. was able to get an appointment with n problems

I Have been unable to see my GP for Four years . None of my annual check ups for pain control for a back injury , high blood pressure hve been done for four years . None of my annual medication reviews have been done for three years .

Recently joined this practice and can only praise the care my husband and I have received. Reception, Admin, Prescription Staff, Nurses have been so helpful, and gone beyond their duties to sort out any problems when required. Thank you you are all providing a great service, which is most appreciated.

I moved to this area Aug 2021 and was fortunate enough to be accepted on this practices books. I've had nothing but top quality care whenever I've had cause to visit the GP and ALL of the staff are friendly and professional, this is a million times better than my old GP in Romford!
