I’ve been with this surgery since I moved to the area a year and a half ago and I’m really pleased with them. I never seem to be ‘on hold’ when I call, I always get an appointment when I need it, emails are promptly replied to - and if I’ve ever had issues, the receptionists (and doctors) are quick to resolve them. Professional and friendly - thank you!

I have had an apointment for a blocke ear and was sent away to specsapvers. I'm a disabled man of 52 in a wheelchair. Then I had a telephone consultation booked for something else and was contacted 15 mins late and NOT by the doctor I booked the appointment with. My experience with this parctice has been very disappointing. As soon as I can I will change my practice, even if it means going further away.
