Following a text from the surgery I booked (online) an appointment. A 3 minute slot. Very efficient on the day. Not so easy - if you need to make an appointment to see a doctor, unfortunately.

I attended for a flu jab the staff were really organised and chatty. My appointment time was met to the minute I was in and out in 10 minutes. I have always found the surgery as a whole caring and efficient.

Came for a flu jab. It was easy to log in and there was no waiting at all. The service I received was excellent.

Been well looked after by this surgery for nearly 7 yrs. From the running of the surgery. Receptionists, Dr's, nurses and pharmacist. Myself and my husband have received great care and are still are. We cannot thank you enough. From the start, through covid. All the hard work giving vaccinations. Thank you, you are appreciated.

The surgery is always friendly and helpful. I have never been kept waiting too long. Their vaccination system is always run very efficiently

Never had any problems with app etc for me or my mother. Polite staff and always planned out efficiently when coming for covid and flu jabs. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Hi mistook my appointment date Newhall surgery took the time to contact me reminding me of my appointment then I was allowed to be a bit later for my appointment
