Found having my job done very easy and the staff very kind very well organised and even had chance of a blood pressure reading after the jab

Recently attended for Flu jab. Well organized with cheerful and efficient staff. Was impressed with the streamlined entry plan on the day. Staff and doctor were very approachable and professional.

Every aspect from booking to receiving my flu vaccination was really smooth, quickly and professionally carried out by the surgery and staff, if making and receiving a doctors appointment came anywhere close to this experience it would receive 5 stars but sadly that service is nowhere near.

In response to problems encountered with our telephone lines and appointments we have changed the way we provide appointment booking, added additional on-line appointments and upgraded our telephone system, all of which, we believe has made a significant improvement to patient access. Obviously a lot of thought gone into this! There was a lot of nurses doctors and I can only assume volunteers to guide you to the correct station

Visit was for flu vaccination was very prompt and efficient also had blood pressure checked and weight checked

I had a blood test which was carried out efficiently. The phlebotomist was friendly and put me at ease. I was seen on time and there were no problems

Got a flu jab without appointment. Painless and no after effects. Very efficient system set up outside normal hours.

Never had a problem with the surgery. I have been with them all my life. I have always been happy with the doctors who have treated me and they always sat and listened to what you had to say.

Booked appointment on line. Choice of appointment. Member of staff in car park to advise which entrance to use. Quick polite check in. Another staff member showed me into gp room. Details checked, flu jab given and blood pressure check offered. Very quick and professional staff.
