Will always try and be understanding and try and get you appointment if possible if not I was once sent to the pharmacy through them and my problem was then sorted with a prescription I was seen by a nurse who was helpful and understanding

I saw the in house physio who listened well and explained all the problems and the steps to resolve them with clarity including referral which was made immediately.

I had a steroid injection in my right shoulder the doctor explained everything thoroughly and listened to my issues with the frozen shoulder

The nurse I saw on 10/04/25 was very good. The nurse’s at the practice are pragmatic and diligent. Always take the time to listen and help where possible. I appreciate the practice is very busy however I always find that there is a sense of calm when seeing any of the nurses and all of them are very good

My GP had time to listen to my worrying problem and has now put some tests in place and I feel I am getting the help I need .

The information I received was extremely helpful for me. It was reassuring to find out that my injury wasn't to serious. The exercises that were provided for me go try were very interesting and useful.

I arrived for my procedure, was having a steroid injection in both knees. Gp went through all necessary paperwork before my procedure. Whilst putting injections in, he explained every step from start to finish. Very satisfied.

This is the second time I’ve taken my son to the GP for his skin condition, but they still haven’t been able to resolve the issue. They only suggested trying other methods to treat it. I’m not confident that my child’s condition will improve under their care. I believe the GP needs more experienced staff to treat patients effectively, as many people seem dissatisfied with the treatment they receive.

I made this appointment after seeing the GP and an appointment was made for the clinic that does steroid injections. Because of the demand for this treatment I did have to wait a month. Plenty of reminders that the appointment was due. Went in virtually on time. Brilliant treatment

I have recently been cared for by there Practiciner Nurse. She is so caring,, and thorough. On a weekly basis she keep an eye on me until my condition improved. We are so lucky to have staff giving 110%. Long may it last
