Arrived a little early for my appointment, but I always do. A little nervous as I was seeing someone I hadn't seen before, however the nerves soon disappeared as he was very reassuring. He explained everything and the treatment I was going to be given, overall it was a nice relaxed assessment.

I was very anxious about recent high blood pressure readings and how this might link to my high cholesterol. I was able to have a face to face appointment with my GP and share my anxiety. My GP was able to analyse the BP readings I provided and give feedback on blood tests. He explained the results in detail and was very reassuring. He gave me advice on how I can manage and improve my BP. I found the face to face appointment made it easier for me to speak openly and ask questions about my results.

Very helpful by telephone when I initially rang for an appointment. Was able o prescribe me something over the phone as there were no appointments left until the following week. At my appointment, reception staff was very polite and friendly and so was the doctor.

I saw the doctor for an on going knee problem. (osteoarthritis) He explained the options I had in managing it and we came to a management plan

It’s an ok practice, it’s normally the receptionists I struggle with, two of them are not friendly and make you feel like you are calling for nothing and believe me I do not call for anything, only if there is something seriously wrong. The last doctor gave me the wrong antibiotics and made me sick all morning then when I called to tell her she shrugged it off and said nothing else to give me .
