    The procedure was very smooth and quick. The doctor and his assistant were very pleasant and done such a fantastic job at making me feel at ease, and talked to me through out the procedure.

    When I got into the room, I was asked to have a seat. Everyone greeted me so politely the procedure was explained to me very clearly step-by-step the surgeon walked me through the procedure and all at the same time the team made me feel very comfortable and safe I, had a very good experience.

    My daughter had her tongue tie release done at this practice and I must say that I'm very pleased with the service I received today. My mind was put at is with the information that was given and the doctor was so kind to both me and baby and made sure we were all ok before we left. Thank you very much for putting my mind at ease.

    The doctor and nurse was extremely comforting and helpful, they reassured me and gave me all information needed regarding my child’s tongue tie. Overall very pleased

    After 40 years at Morris House I now need more specific treatments because if my age. The prompt response to my arthritis has begun. It was explained in detail and a course of treatment mapped out. The knee injections were swift and painless. Physio will now follow.

    I had to have a minor sugery to remove what I would call a misshaped wart. The attention to making sure that I was aware of what was going to happen and to make sure I was happy with what was going to happen. The attention to make sure I was relaxed and felt OK during the operation was all exemplary. After the procedure I was told what would happen next and what I needed to do until the stiches are to be removed. Offering this service at the sugery is a wonderful idea. This helps take the minor operations away from the hospital. It happens in familiar surroundings so I knew where I am going. This service should be kept.

    Doctor was friendly and gave great advice. He administered the injection with care and efficiency. Was caring and helpful as to what I should do for after care. Would recommend the treatment if anyone needs it.

    I was worried about the procedure I was going to have on my feet, but the doctor put me and ease and made me feel less worried. He was very patient with me. The other person assisting him also made me feel at ease about the treatment I was going to have. Overall thank you to both people I saw at my appointment today.
