    Phoned up today see a doctor to be told fill in triage form and could take up to 48hrs before they contact you iv had nothing but problems will millcroft over nearly 3 years. 2 complaints to them the last one didn't get a reply. Doctors sitting on results and you have chase the results months later after you condition got worse Iv lost faith in millcroft and I wouldn't have phoned if I didn't need see a doctor so now got sit and wait for triage to phone which is shocking

    I’ve had to book a day off to go into surgery to get a link to book an appointment. I used this link to fill in details. Was then sent a further link which expired in 7 days to book a face to face appointment. I tried for days but no success. I tried to call surgery but kept getting cut off. I eventually a got through. I was told nothing could be done and the reason is because all appointments are full and this link would not work therefore I would have to go back to the first link and start again by answering questions. An absolute joke! No point having a dr surgery. I’m livid beyond words.

    i am in a great deal of turmoil as to know what to do to access the appropriate care i need, i am in heart failure disabled and have just lost my husband infront of my eyes and could not get a appointment until the day of his funeral which is three weeks later. I dont know how this can be classed as acceptable. Im heartbroken and im suffering, when i contacted british heart foundation i was told there should be a care plan in place where i can get in touch with them. I have found the receptionist to be very good at times however i think there under immense pressure, when ringing we were 16th. Why is the practise taking more patients when the ones there cant access the help they need. There is obviously a big problem and people are suffering it is very sad. My husband was under immense pressure trying to help me and could not get the help he needed. Im just left devastated at what has happened to some of us within the health care system, i dont want to be a burden i worked in the care system for 20 years and unfortunately now find myself needing the help, i dont know what the answer is and i dont like blaming anyone but there is a lack of support for some and as far as i can see a lot of suffering.

    Years ago this was one of the best surgeries in crewe with exceptional doctors and very helpful and empathetic staff. However in recent months the service has declined to a totally sub standard state. The main issue is getting past the receptionist staff and their totally ridiculous triage system. I initially contacted them through their online consultation form two weeks ago to seek an appointment and obtain a sick note. 5 days later I received an offer of a routine appointment in 4 weeks time despite being in quite some pain but nothing about the sick note. I called up and the receptionist had no explanation and advised to fill in another online consultation. A few days later I did receive a text message saying they would be in touch to arrange a routine appointment. That was a week ago. On calling the surgery again they have no answer and just advise to fill in another form. What’s more this surgery clearly can’t deal with the patients they have but is still accepting new patients on their website. This place should be shut down and all management sacked from the NHS. Totally disgusting. No doubt they will reply with the standard reply they do on here to call and discuss. Shameful.

    Call to practice says you can complete an online triage but it isn't available outside core hours and doesn't specify what these are which isn't helpful. Even after 8am it's still not open. So having to phone and queue for ages. I was referred by the 111 team earlier.

    I have to add to my previous review, i have just contacted the doctors with my concerns over my health, the receptionist along with the others i spoke to were exceptionally helpful, i was at my wits end and decided to just reach out and im glad i did, if what has just happened appears to be successful then i have a different opinion to how i felt previously. I do feel though that the amount of pressure on our surgeries is no doubt under the strain and patients are having huge difficulties with gaining the right care at the right time. The government need to address this and make changes to the system for the benefit of all.

    I have been with this practice from birth 55years. I'm appalled at the service since the two doctors were merged. The receptionists are rude and abrupt and I shouldn't have to tell them what is wrong that's between my self and the doctor. I rang for an appointment yesterday I was 20 in the queue and after being on hold for 45 minutes got told I can't have an appointment I have to do a request on line including a picture.stop taking patients on and look after the ones that you have already as clearly you have too many. All we want is to be able to see our doctor without the whole drama

Our online triage service has been implemented so that patients are clinically triaged by a member of our highly skilled Clinical Practitioner team and given appointments with the most appropriate clinician or service for their problem. Using our online triage service enables patient to submit an appointment request without the need to telephone the practice.     I tried to leave a request for a routine appointment at 17.08 on Wednesday, but the system says it is out of hours. There is no information which hours are operational. The surgery is open until 18.30 on that day, hence the confusion over the time the patient is able to submit online request.
