    I called at 4:45 to get some test results, I was number one in the queue as soon as I got through but it still took 24 minutes for the phone to be answered! It is almost impossible to contact the practice by telephone. New phone system but same old problem, maybe its not the phone system thats the problem?

    Dear Kevin, I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. Our receptionists work hard to assist patients who contact the surgery. In addition to answering the phones, they also have to help patients attending the surgery in person and administration tasks and contacts from other health care providers. I hope that they were able to help once your call was answered. MOMC

    I want to say thank you for the help I received with difficulties around access to my records on SystemOnline. The problem was solved on the day and the receptionist phoned me to follow up after what was clearly a very busy day.

    I have always felt very valued, respected and listened to at this practice, and despite the pressures the NHS are under I have never felt rushed! I have moved away from the area and have just registered at a different practice, and just wanted to say a huge thank you to all staff, your care and service is deeply appreciated. Everyone has always been very kind and made me feel immediately comfortable and cared for. Thank you again for all of your wonderful care.

    My daughter has just been discharged after 2 nights in Worthing aeu they thought she had meningitis and sent her home with infection of unknown origin. She's 20. The discharge note says urgent follow up with dr .... Except I can't get through the phone lines are not working. She has had a constant debilitating headache not alleviated by otc meds. She ended up having to go to aeu in the first place as she could not get a Dr face to face app and was told it was a viral infection. I have tried everything e consult is a total joke that takes time to answer questions only to be told sort yourself out at the end. The phone number to leave a message on the website doesn't work the link to leave an online message takes you to an error page and I phoned bang on 2pm to voicemail that all today's apps are booked. My daughter lives alone. What exactly should I do? As I said the system is broken!!!!

    We're so sorry that you have such difficulty getting an appointment. If your daughter has still not been reviewed please call at 830 on Monday morning and we will arrange for her to be seen that day. Unfortunately we have had a number of staff members who have had to take time as they have been unwell. Management team at Mile Oak Medical Centre.

    The Doctors and Nurses are good when you see them, but you can't. The phones are never answered, the on-line system has been broken for over a year and when you do manage to book in person nothing is available. Awful service, truly awful.

    I am so sorry that you are struggling to get an appointment, We do appreciate there that we have a major issue with the phone system and are currently seeking legal help. The online system should be working and many people find this a very good way to seek help. Please let us know if you continue to have difficulty in using this as we are not aware of any problems with econsults. We are trying our hardest to resolve the ongoing phone issues.

    Had a wound on my foot that refused to heal and was very painful. Telephoned and the receptionist was lovely and really helpful. Saw the practice nurse and GP, I was referred immediately and seen by a plastic surgeon within 48hrs. Wound is now healed (3 weeks later). The nurse was so kind, professional and knowledgeable I can’t thank you all enough. My wound was really depressing me and I couldn’t walk properly so it healing is brilliant. My thanks to everyone not just this time but every time you help me you are all fabulous and a great team.

    The staff and doctors at the practice are amazing and I think they are under a lot of pressure without the correct resources to support them. They clearly have a problem with their phone system and this has been going in for some time. I can never seem to be able to get through and when I do I get cut off or taken off hold no matter how long I have been waiting. I’ve just filled out an e consult and one of the options wouldn’t let me go for further and told me to contact the practice, which I cannot do.

    I was in the queue on the phone, to clarify some things about a test, for over an hour starting from #10 in the line and extremely slowly progressing to #2. When I got to #1, they simply hung up. I don't like either that my medical condition and personal details are discussed in front of other patients. They don't seem to get the meaning of GDPR.
