  1. Review titled Excellent patient care!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Tae Louis Cobbold - Posted on 07 February 2024

Today I attended an appointment with a nurse for a routine injection. Being a non binary patient, interactions with some people can be awkward. I have always been made to feel so welcomed and comfortable across all the sites within Mid Sussex healthcare and today was no different. I just wanted to express my gratitude to all the staff and to say what a wonderful job they all do. I am so happy to have found a surgery where I've constantly been satisfied and have always left feeling really positive.

  2. Review titled Slow access to doctors appointments

Rated 2 stars out of 5

After two blood tests 1 month apart no doctors appointment for 6 weeks to see a doctor to discuss results. Not good enough Feel that after most blood test have said see doctor. So after 6 weeks is too long to wait to get seen. So not a great practice

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review on the NHS Profile Manager. I am sorry that you are finding it difficult to get an appointment with the Practice following blood tests. Without your personal details I cannot look into your records to be able to have an informed conversation with you. We are currently offering routine GP appointments within 7 - 10 working days unless a specific GP is required and they are out of the Practice for an extended period due to sickness or annual leave. I would welcome the opportunity to talk this through with you and would ask that you contact the Practice on 01273-834388 requesting a telephone call with me. Yours sincerely Denise Simpson-Banks Practice Business Partner
