    Unfortunately the appointment took over a month to be booked after doing an econsult as classed as not urgent. The GP was understanding thorough and showed empathy.

    I had the wrong time for my B12 appointment but the staff kindly fitted in in with the practice nurse which I was very grateful for.

    Doctor was thorough as usual but it’s getting the appointment that’s the problem. No routine appointments ever it seems . Anima not working, no appointments available. Phoned 111 for advice recommended phone GP and tell triage I need a phone call within the hour. I got a call back and appointment.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with access to appointment with the practice. We understand it is frustrating when requesting an appointment only to be told to contact us back another day. We would like to provide assurances that if you need urgent same day medical attention our GP's and Nurses have the capacity to see you. Appointments for both urgent and routine are released via Anima, daily (Urgent 8am Mon-Fri / Routine 11am Mon/Tue/Wed) and are available until this allocation has been booked. As a result, how long these requests last for can fluctuate daily based on demand and service pressures.     Following routine blood tests last year, it was identified that I was Pre-type 2 diabetic. After consultation I was offered a placement on a diabetes treatment program, provided by Redicare in support of Meon Health Practice. The program and support offered by the Redicare team has been fantastic. They provided one-to-one mentoring, followed by weekly group webinar sessions, and a food plan that was enjoyable, easy to prepare and very nutritious. Last week, after undertaking the program for six months, I received the results of my HBA1c blood test and my pre-diabetes has been reversed. The Redicare team have been brilliant throughout the whole process. I cannot thank them enough! :-)

    Got help quickly and was able to reschedule easily when I couldn't make my first appointment. When I got there I was taken care of well and treated kindly and the nurse answered all my questions

    I've consult the doctor for an ongoing health problem. I did appreciate her listening and concerned but please can a follow up appointment can be available. The problem still there I'm worried and I want some answers.

If you need urgent same day medical attention our GP's and Nurses have the capacity to see you and this is factored into our access planning. For routine appointment requests, these can be submitted with the practice on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am, until we reach our safe capacity, either via Anima, telephone or in person.     Spoke to the ANP re kidney stone spasms & tramadol not effective as analgesic I was advised I would have an URGENT USS but gave only been booked for a routine so looking at June/July phoned the surgery to ask a message to be sent to the ANP that I needed an urgent referral which is the end of April now phoned bookings this morning only to find this had not been done so my faith has diminished now the pain is so intense I’m passing out & throwing up I’m now going I’m have to phone 111/999 to be seen tried the private route the private GP said there was no point having an USS as the stone is there at clinic 7 (LB healthcare) no available renal consult to mid May I cannot cope with this extreme agony passing out being sick
