I have been very well looked after with regard to my asthma on all occasions and I have no complaints. My asthma has been fully described to me including the use of the inhaler. My initial inhaler caused excessive mucus so I had to change to another one which seems a lot better although l still get quite a lot of mucas but not as much as the other inhaler.

I had a face to face appointment with a nurse practitioner. I was seen very quickly no waiting around . Was prescribed antibiotics which has resolve problem.

It is very difficult to make an appointment. The website they use takes a long time to create an appointment, and while waiting to be connected by phone, the appointment time period passes and they say to try tomorrow. I am not happy with this. The doctors and nurses are good.

Your pharmacist called to let me know that I cannot have a health check as I am 77 years old, I suffer from psoriasis and this not Chronic. What do you consider Chronic? I am informed that it psoriasis can lead to other illnesses such as heart failure etc.

I was given the impression that the doctor was genuinely concerned about my condition. Reassuring to feel that my quality of life, is being considered. Could not fault the attention that was shown, was is a boost to my sense of wellbeing.
