visited McKenzie house this morning to see the nurse. As it was the first appointment of the morning, the Nurse called my name allowing me to leave the que. The nurse was professional, kind, caring and very informative, well done to Team McKenzie

I contacted the surgery this morning to book an appointment and the Receptionist was polite, asked appropriate questions to assist her to make the appointment for me, gave me choices of surgeries, times dates, was so lovely, and I received a text message within seconds of booking the appointment, so all in all lovely experience with this lovely lady, thank you

Struggle to get through on the phone. Can only book same day appointments at 8am, can’t be done for days later.
