    Appointment on time, pleasant nurse. In and out within 7 minutes. Great service would recommend this practice to anyone

    Contacted via patches on the doctors website, got an appointment for 2 days later. Saw doctor, got more treatment. Got the link for blood test and even managed to get an appointment within 10min. Great service

    I went for my test. The nurse tried twice and wss unable to get sample. I now need to go to diagnostic centre. The nurse wad lovely and not hrr fault however it's a pain having to trail to diagnostic centre

    Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your visit didn’t go as smoothly as hoped and resulted in you needing to attend the diagnostic centre. We completely understand how inconvenient and frustrating this is. Sometimes, despite best efforts, it can be difficult to obtain a blood samples in-practice due to factors like small or deep veins. In these cases, we find it necessary to refer patients to the diagnostic centre, where more advanced resources are available to ensure a successful collection. We really appreciate your kind words about our nurse and are glad to hear she made the best of a difficult situation. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.

    I had a message to call the practice to make an appointment for my blood test. I did this. I told them, I had just had a test, via the district nurse from the hospital. Told I still needed to have another test. So test booked. Walked to the dr, waited. Went in. Told I didn't need to have blood taken as it had been taken back in April. That the rest results would probably be the same I knew i didn't need one. But the receptionist insisted I needed one. Waste of an hour. Got soaked in the rain.

    My partner is scared of needles, and people find it hard to find her veins. Today the woman who did the bloods was excellent, both with her manner and explanation of what she was doing.

    I have been attending the surgery for a very long time but the experience I have with the nurse I saw today for my b12 is the best, she is very kind soft spoken and I can't feel a thing when she injects you, it's like she's got this magic she is the best

    never had any problems with the practice. always had appointments when asked for and never had to wait long for them. very polite and helpfull staff . todays appointment was very informative and went well. i was very pleased with the information and treatment i received.
