I pre-booked an appointment and did not get a call. I even went about emailing them on many occasions and have called them regarding my antidepressants needing to be put on repeat however they do not seem to care and do not take measures until I have taken the extreme such as complain to the NHS. Not sure how a surgery which is this bad is still running. This is not the first time I have dealt with an issue with them. This is probably the 5th time I am having an issue with them especially considering that they allowed me to go through withdrawal symptoms as they could not be organised enough to send through a prescription I requested on many occasions. This issue itself happened over 3 times and I will not be staying with them after this summer.

I have always had brilliant experience with the surgery, staff is very friendly and helpful. Me and my family always had brilliant service. Every member of the surgery deserve the best appreciation for all the hard work they have and continue to put in to help their patients beyond and above the limits. I would like you say thank you so much for all the help and support you have given me and my family. I wish you all the very best a caring Surgery with best staff and best doctors. Thank you

Great staff and always very helpful. Doctors always take there time to listen to you. The practice does look after there patients

Me and my family have been with this practice for 30 years now and We never have any issues with it. The receptionist staff members are really nice, friendly and are always willing to help where they can despite the busy nature. They are friendly over the phone and try to put my needs first. I am writing this because this surgery as a whole deserve the best words. Thank you so much for being there during these hard times. We really appriaciate your service.
