    A breath of fresh air with my consultation visit today with a truly wonderful doctor, compassionate, caring, confident, patient. I felt that me and my condition was important to her, leaving the surgery feeling reassured and happy. A final mention about the very helpful Practice manager.

    Return visit as treatment wasn't working, Dr listened, done some more checks and changed my medication. Can't ask for much more.

    I rang to get an urgent appointment for my baby. I was directed to their website to complete an econsult form which asked all the relevant questions. I received a call back within 90mins even though it had stated 48hrs and got an appointment for that afternoon. Great process in place without having to hang on the phone line for ages.

    Had need for urgent prescription which was catered for. Had to make two appointments for different things for different family members. Call dealt with patiently and throughly. Both staff members helpful and proactive.

    I contacted Maritime Health regarding a text from them to book a medicine review. They advised me I would require a blood test and the a telephone call to discuss my current tablets. Both of the appointments were arranged to my satisfaction.

    After months of teething problems with new online system,it's now a far better system to book appointments and contact gp. Definitely recommend to everyone.

    I called for an urgent issue and the lady at reception was unsure how to help me. She asked her colleague for advice on what would be the best cause of action going forward. I received a follow up call from the doctor and also received a call from the receptionist confirming if all had been sorted. I really appreciated her going above and beyond for me, I really helped the situation. Thank you
