I cannot praise this practice highly enough. Every time I've reached out either through face to face, online consult or telephone they have been amazing. I have otitis media and had 111 prescribe me antibiotics which are helping but I'm coming to the end of the 5 days and need a few more days to get over it and contacted them via e consult and got a prescription in 20minutes. They are the best GP practice I have been registered with. (And as a doctor myself I've moved a lot and had many). Thank you Manor Surgery for being wonderful, thorough and timely for me and my 3 kids. Really grateful to you all.

Can’t get through on phone and e consult always disabled. Medical care is good when you finally get an appointment but trying to get updates or any admin query is impossible.

Medication I needed not in stock at my normal pharmacy. Very helpful lady at reception replied promptly and gave great advice. Also then helped get new prescription that afternoon so I could source what I needed else were. Thanks for great service.

I came on Saturday morning to check processing of a scr request submission. The receptionist was friendly, professional and very helpful - she confirmed reception of the request and indicated I should get a formal confirmation of processing the following week. She also was kind and helpful in booking appointment for nurse review, despite limited services on a Saturday, which was extremely useful. Please thank her again on my behalf !

Triage team had booked an appointment on 10/02/2023 for me to see a doctor at 9:15. This was followed by a text reminder. When I arrived for the appointment the receptionist informed me that there was no appointment was booked for me for that day.

No complaints at all. Submitted online consult and had phone call within a couple of hours, then collected antibiotics within the hour. E-consult makes everything much smoother. doctor on phone was helpful and thorough. Similar positive experience few months ago with routine issue sorted within a week or so which suited me. Overall Great team and great practice

Everyone is so kind and efficient. Yesterdays visit was up to Manor surgery standards. I've been using this practice since 2008 and couldn't be happier with it. You've seen me through some times of poor health and I've felt supported and cared for. Thank you

I just want to thank the Doctor I saw for my consultation. I believe a recent appointment at The Manor. The doctor was very welcoming and really covered the issues well. I was given a clear action plan for two problems and came away feeling it was a very worthwhile meeting. I went for the various tests and examinations which were recommended. The doctor then followed up with a phone appointment to talk through the results and suggest further treatment. I felt everything was well-considered and that I received great personal consideration. Excellent all round.

The costumers service was really bad the receptionist was really horrible she was really rude..... and that way ?? Because I am not British?? Or Because she couldn't want to try to understand me ??? I don't really know but still that is not normal I wanted to book call appointments and she forced me to do it online I can't do it on line I told her amd she didn't care so she close the phone and I was still speaking to her trying to explain her my situation that is a serious problem something you need to do... no everyone speak perfect English.
