I was given an appointment in less than 24 hours with a GP. The online system and communication back from the practice was really clear and efficient. The GP was kind and knowledgable and also prepared to give a view/opinion for which I’m really grateful. Thank-you!

We have recently joined the practice from another nearby and the difference has been amazing. The staff take immense trouble and the doctors could not do more. One gave me his mobile phone number in case of emergency hospital admission over the weekend. We are so grateful.

Another courteous, professional and efficient receptionist sorting me out with an appointment with my actual GP and not just another available doctor. Even with their computer going down mid-booking, they manage to stay cheerful and focused whilst getting the job done. Great practice, we are lucky around here.

I'm so happy with this GP practice. I contacted them twice this month via electronic form. I got a phone call back in less than 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I can't possibly find any fault in the service.
