I was booking an appointment today but the automated message said that the queue was full and that I’d receive a call back. Thought sceptical I cut reluctantly cut the phone but I was surprised because within half an hour I received a call back and was able to book my appointment without tirelessly waiting on the phone. Not only that but the receptionist was friendly and professional. I was offered an appointment on the same day like I always do. I’ve had really bad experiences with my previous surgery and honestly I’ve just been pleasantly surprised with this one. Not only am I able to book appointment but the doctors are also very knowledgable and always take time to explain and do a thorough check up, . Great work

I had a nasty infection in both eyes so I rang and asked if a clinician could ring me back. GP rang in the afternoon. Collected script from the pharmacy half an hour later. Thanks and well done team.
