The new layout of the surgery is so much better than the old one. Staff were very friendly and the doctor really listened to my concerns and was able to help me. Also managing to get an in person appointment in 4 days was excellent. Thank you Lynwood!

The staff was friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The doctor was attentive, thorough, and took the time to address all my concerns. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and commitment to patient care.

was taken ill with chest infection - hospital told me to go to the gp to have a lung function test. went to the gp this morning and ask for an appointment for a test - receptionist rude and ignorant saying we do not do them - as if i thought they were capable - the doctor does them - really she then told me there were no appointment and i would have to phone after 4pm why are people like her being employed as receptionists because they are not interested in the job and just bring the surgery ratings down p. harvey

I am so pleased with Lynwood Medical Centre. This is the best thing happened to us since moving in this area last year. It was norm in our previous surgery to have routine appointments after 4 weeks. Me and my family members calked 3 times in last 2 months for routine appointments and were given appointments within 2-3 working days. All staff very helpful from reception to clinicians. Thanks Lynwood Medical Centre for taking care of me and my family. We all are in safe hands.

I love this practice they are always supportive always there for me with my physical and mental health, they have been there as a GP through thick and thin for me I can never doubt them. If it wasn't for there surport helpfulness, there kindness and understanding I wouldn't be here today they are my saviour. I love these people like family. I stay with them as they understand me, they are my life they have helped me through a lot of things bless them.

A big thank you for the overwhelming support from Lynwood. We moved from Ukraine three months ago. On our first day of registration we received translated copy of forms for my parents ( they don’t understand English) . Received call to book for new patient health check, offered appointment with mental health nurse and also offered help to sort out our housing and other issues. Lynwood. We were happy to know that Lynwood has Ukrainian support group and we receive text for monthly meetings to listen to our issues. Thanks all the staff at Lynwood , your act of kindness has made positive impact in our lives .

Phones are answered quickly and my appointment was given in my required time frame. The receptionists are very friendly & helpful. The GPs I have seen over the years are attentive and have given good advice and explained things thoroughly to me.

New mum - I received a call from lovely reception staff on Thursday to prepone my post natal check and rebooked with other GP on Friday 12 August. He was amazing, friendly and attentive. I have felt listened to and taken seriously. I was previously very nervous about going to the doctors but now feel that I can get in touch when I need them. He is a superstar. Pleasant waiting area. Outstanding surgery⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tremendous change! Both in premises and services. Reception staff are very helpful and polite. Got appointment for next day. My friends and neighbours registered with other doctors moan how the earliest appointment they are offered is after 2-3 weeks! Nice attentive doctor. Building very clean, airy and bright compared to the old premises

Usually who are happy with the service do not leave any comment here. 5 star to Lynwood for seeing my son face to face same day though I called at 3.30 pm. Receptionist was very nice and tried her best to accommodate my son. Dr was really very good and saved my son’s life . Cannot recommend more thanks Lynwood
