Review titled No faults
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I’m relatively new to this surgery and needed to see a doctor for the first time today. I sent a Patches request in the morning and received a reply within a couple of minutes offering me a later afternoon appointment that same day. Very accommodating to my working hours and Impressed with how quickly I got a response. Seen on time by the doctor who was very polite and personable.

Review titled Disappointing experience
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have had more than 1 disappointing experiences with this surgery. I class myself as polite and not someone that “over uses” the GP services. Whilst heavily pregnant I attended for my flu jab, I was told I would be given the civid jab, which i politely refused as I was concerned regarding the lack of research into it for pregnant women. The GP left me stood (heavily pregnant) in the doorway and made me cry as he lectured me on my decision. A very upsetting experience. In 2025 I had to make a request for a ‘fit note’ due to a sudden bereavement of a parent. No GP contacted me and offered any support despite me mentioning mental health. I was extremely shocked that no support was offered or guidance / concern shown in relation to mental health.

Review titled Shocking!!!!!

My Daughter has had the most upsetting experience today. We have been with this surgery for 35 years(for our sins). For some reason they struck her off their list and said she needed to attend the surgery with evidence she still lives at our address as they said they have sent letters which we she has not responded to which is a load of rubbish as we have not received any. She has a regular blood test which she had her last one 3 weeks ago, she suffers with anxiety and severe mental health issues among other health problems which she has taken medication for the last 22 years, we were unable to log in to order her medication online so rang the surgery to find out why, and they informed us my daughter had been taken off their list and refused to give her the medication until she went in with her forms of ID proving who she is!!! knowing doing so would cause her great distress, she asked if she could post them or email them but that wasn't acceptable, she has been in today and told that she will have to wait at least another week until she will be back on their list and therefore she has no medication. The practice manager needs to update her skills or lack of them, she has dealt with my extremely Vulnerable daughter in the worst way possible today, no understanding what so ever we have had no end of problems with this surgery, but stayed he more so for locality. Myself and the rest of my family will be moving to another surgery, enough is enough .I don't expect a response from the surgery, that would be far too much to expect!!!
