After completing online triage form, I received a call from doctors within a couple of hours offering me an appointment for the following week. I was super impressed by the efficient service and not having to wait weeks to see a doctor - thank you.

Was seen at very short notice, the nurse rang me and fitted me in at the end of her shift, otherwise I may not have had my jabs before I went on holiday, thanks very much

I mistakenly forgot to order my medications in time to take on a break away. After a phone call to explain what I had done, a kind and helpful offer was made to have my tablets sent to the chemist near where I was staying. Very helpful and sorted quickly.

Receptionists very polite and welcoming. Appointment on time. Nurse was Excellent and friendly. Her advice was very professional and understandable. She made me feel very positive about my future using the advice she gave me. I left very happy indeed. Only moved recently and am very happy I did. The whole experience was efficient, professional and very personal. I cannot recommend enough. Brilliant.

I have just had an HRT review. I had a number of concerns regarding a couple of issues and was given excellent support and information by a wonderful nurse. I came away feeling understood, supported, reassured and informed at all levels. This person was a shining star. I could not have wished for more.

I recently attended to see a nurse who showed kindness, respect and knowledge. What normally is an unpleasant experience turned into an ok experience because of her skills.

Visited the nurse to provide a blood sample. She went through a whole series of other questions, which resulted in a couple of additional appointments for other symptoms.

Booked in for travel Jan's , the nurse explained everything about the jabs with clarity, have additional advice on keeping safe and healthy when traveling
