I registered as a new patient online via their website having recently moved to the area. I note their website now captures the Bobbing area. This was 2 weeks ago. I called the surgery today to request an update, but was told in an abrupt manner that Bobbing is not within their catchment area and to register elsewhere. Charming! Don't be rude to the staff - but they can be rude to you!

We are continuously calling everyday for the appointment from 3 weeks at sharp 8am morning waiting 30mins with automated telephone service saying you are in the Que, waiting waiting afterward another 35 mins receptionist confirmed that there is no appointment for today. call us next day, this is happening everyday from three weeks. I go personelly as well to speak to them, but there is no help from Receptionist and difficult to speak to them.

Moved here from London where the population is far greater in numbers and so demands on the Doctors far greater but yet we could always get an appointment be it a week later. But here I trued for nearly 5 weeks calling at 8am every morning being 30 or more in the queue only to be told all appointments are gone try again tomorrow and so the cycle gos on day after day .Ludicrous

This week alone our GP appointment line was open until 10 am, as we had available slots throughout the week. I am uncertain if you attempted to call starting from 8 am this week. This surgery is certainly declining rapidly. Had an appointment this week, waiting time compared to other visiits was not too bad, there is a particular doctor there that doesn't rush you and actually takes his time and listens to you so sometimes the wait can be very long. Most people accept this and don't mind as they receive a thorough assessment. This week, totally different story, I met with a new doctor, had literally just sat down and got told in the rudest most abrupt manner 'I've got a room full of patients so only discuss one thing with me!' Now I understamd a 10 minute appointment cant cover multiple issues but I hadn't even said a word and wasn't even about to discuss several issues. Almost just got up and left. Was made to feel like I was a total inconvenience. Rudest doctor had the misfortune to encounter.

After arranging an appointment at the surgery 5 weeks ago it was cancelled for the second time an hour before my appointment today. I fine it quite disappointing that the appointment was being cancelled at short notice with no reason why. When asking the receptionist why the appointment is cancelled she said that they are not able disclose this information. I feel the practice should be open with their patients giving the reason for the cancellation.

Received a cold-call out of the blue, from an unknown (out of area) number (not my Dr’s) asking about my Diabetes. Thought it was a scam - so wasn’t going to give any personal info. Lady asked if I had any queries - well yes, if I had known about the call beforehand, I would have had a list! I tried to ask about Insulin management, but she had no clue. Have since noticed on my records it was an Annual Review. What a complete waste of time. If I had known about the call I would have given proper answers and had a list of questions ready & it would have been a useful appointment. Just a ‘box ticking’ exercise by the surgery, to show annual review has been done.

Phoned early twice this week. Got appt both times. Was a delay in seeing doctor but you get 100 % from that doctor ( hence the wait ). I feel so lucky to be registered in this surgery. Polite professional helpful caring staff. From reception to GP

Managed to get through to book an appointment today after 18 tries. Very pleased to get an actual appointment. Waited 1 and a half hours. GP basically said the NHS don't cover that service anymore so you'll have to pay privately. It will need to be done every few months for the rest of your life. Causes major issues and I don't have unlimited money to pay forever. Really not great.

After being 22nd in the que 15 mins later I had an appointment for that same morning. Reception lady was kind and helpful and the doctor, sorry can't remember his name was thorough, patient and explained everything. I am very impressed!

I currently have a relative staying with me as your surgery refused to see her, she ended up so poorly that she had to be admitted to Hospital for 3 days where she was discharged back to your care but she can't get an appointment to see you. We are waiting for tests and results as well as consultant appointments but have been left without any support. You've cancelled today's appointment and not understood the importance of the appointment. The system is falling apart and there is no compassion or care anymore towards patients.
