i have been asked to call the surgery to book an appointment for the results of a scan. everyday i have been told there are no doctors working . my mother was at the surgery yesterday and saw a doctor walk past after i was told no doctors were in that day .

Arrived for 3pm appointment ,still not seen at at 4pm,complained to reception said there computers went down and I was next,never happened, patients going in before me so I left. I was advised by medway hospital to see my GP regarding my cough.

I arrived at doctors for an appointment at 11-30 was seen at 2-30 the waiting room was nearly empty but i was pleased i had appointment i was seebn by doctor who was trying his best but due to new system ,it is very hard for people to understand it takes time to implement changes it is in my opinion a good and fair system that treats those who need it most are seen first

I called 137 times today to try and speak to someone. I started at 7.55 and then just pressed redial. Got through twice, to listen to the long message and then get cut off on both occasions. So tried the online referral, filled in, get a message back to me within 2 days. Tried to leave feedback on the practice website. If you press the unhappy face, it does not allow you to leave any details (unless that is all it needs to do). I am now waiting for a private docotr to call me back.

I came to the surgery tonight at 6.10pm on my way home to find the surgery closed although your website says open until 6.30pm which I checked carefully before coming . I needed to urgently discuss my wife as she has just come out of King's college hospital as I have concerns , my wife called today but has ongoing speech delay which makes things very difficult so I wanted to come in and discuss it as I work and difficult to call at 8am which my wife was advised to do , e consult is no good in these circumstances. I E mailed over a copy of her discharge summary as requested. Please can someone call me to discuss this I shouldnt have to be chasing this up.
