Went with my husband about results of blood test and the lady Dr was lovely to him as usual and put him at his ease. He got very anxious when she told him that he needed another blood test and she arranged for the nurse at the surgery to take it there and then which he was happy about. All the nurses there are really lovely and very patient with him. Another good visit. Thank you Lodge Road.🙂👍

The gentleman answering the phone to me was very helpful, friendly and patient with me, helping me understand what I wanted to do. He was also very knowledgeable.

Wonderful to walk in and be greeted warmly by reception staff. Sets you up for a good appointment and treatment. Felt very person centred . Left feeling very satisfied. Thank you all at Lodge Road surgery.

Every time I ring the Surgery the stars are very helpful and approachable and nothing is too much trouble and if you cannot get the appointment on the day Wii get someone to advise what steps to take in case it’s an emergency I would recommend this surgery to all my family and friends

Visited yesterday for a follow up on the medication after a month's use and saw the lady Dr who, once again, was really lovely and was patient with me. She explained thing's in an easy way for me to understand. The man on the reception was lovely and as always very pleasant and helpful. It was a good visit as always. Thank you Lodge rd surgery.👍🙂

Lodge Road Surgery is a first class operational practice! Doctors and Staff, are all on the ball with both... Diagnosis of problems and also giving ample reminders for your appointments! The surgery is spotless clean and is sweept and mopped every day! It is a pleasant and clean environment to sit in while waiting to see the Doctor/ Nurse... appointment, or any other service they provide from this surgery..??

I called this morning as I was concerned about my 11month old and I needed to see a doctor. When speaking to the gentleman I am always reassured that myself and my children will be able to get help at Lodge Road surgery and if he isn't able to book an appointment for us in the past he has signposted us to the next best thing or the best advice. I always feel reassured when I call the practice and gentleman answers. He is a valuable asset to Lodge Road as every interaction we've had has always been positive and I leave feeling relieved and listened to.

Very caring professional practice that listens to your concerns my current visit was just a consultation following some blood results but I felt listened too. Reception is polite and helpful.. practice itself is clean and well ran. Would recommend to family and friends if they were within area.

On a number of occasions I have spoken to a gentleman in reception. He is always, polite, professional and very helpful. He will go out of his way to ensure that the correct information has been shared with the relevant professionals and the patient. I needed to establish whether or not my mother has been diagnosed with diabetes, as there may have been a breakdown in communication. This gentleman made the relevant enquiries and rang back the following day. Well done and keep up the good work. It is appreciated.
