    I rang this morning to get an appointment because I took a fall and hurt my back, I was asked if I wanted a ring back and they rang back, (this is a great thing) the lady I spoke to was very polite, very informative and had a friendly voice(very important) she answered all of my questions and even answered extra things I wanted to know not related to the injury, I have come off the phone feeling better just because of her and her demeanour, I have come across some very harsh and sometimes rude receptionists over my 62 years and this surgery/practise has been the very best, long may it continue.

    After a 45 minute wait to speak face to face with the receptionist this morning I was told that no appointments were available for blood tests and to try again after 26/6/25. This practice is an absolute joke!

    I requested an appointment at 8 am for my husband who had a wound on his leg which looked infected , and as he is 81 with several ongoing problems, asked for anyone to see him. About 11.30 am we had confirmation that a paramedic would call, who promptly arrived within an hour. He was very thorough and checked my husband over, dressed the wound , administered antibiotics,and gave advise as to how to manage his wound. He said he would notify the surgery and after our short break next week, we may need a practice nurse to redress the leg, but any deterioration to notify surgery. Excellent Service.

    Can't get an appointment with a doctor Eventually got an emergency appointment after over a week of trying. Receptionist booked it on the wrong day. Put on tablets & told to get a follow up appointment but can't get one. Still not resolved health issue.

    My Doctor Text me this morning that the hospital will call me for an urgent ultrasound. This is fantastic as now I wont clog up the surgery and it leaves a space for someone else and hopefully takes the pressure off the Doctors and the rest of the staff. Thank you X

    Have a blocked ear needs unblocking, unable to book online as always “temporarily” unavailable. End up with a telephone appointment. That wastes an appointment that someone else will be able to use because I will need another appointment to clear the ear. Is there no logic to how to resolve the issues with wasted appointments.

    I saw a wonderful female doctor (dr lp) this week and she is the most wonderful GP ive had! so attentive and made sure to listen to everything i was concerned about, gave the correct advice too I wish everyone gets a gp like her

    The visit today was to carry out my diabetic check. It was extremley thorough and showed up one or to issues that needed attention. The very methodical nurse "s" as I can't mention her name called the doctor in and dealt with one issue. Arranged my new medication and made arrangements for me to see a Podiatrist and the details to arrange an eye test. This review doesn't really fully explain that when leaving the surgery today I felt cared for and that someone had gone the extra mile to ensure my well-being. An excellent day with very professional care. Not forgetting the reception. The reception has improved so much over the last couple of years. It used to be grumpy and came across as couldn't care less. Now all the receptionists go the extra mile and put on a happy face. I have had a lot of interaction with the reception in the last year and without exception they have helped me so much. This was not always the case. Thanks and your hard work is appreciated.

    , every time time I see him his always friendly and welcoming to me, and he always goes from the last time I saw him up to now iv I had to stay in hospital for a little while and he called me to see how I was doing when I came home and now with all my hospital visits he make sure that I'm not mess around ad he know me and my mental health and my chronic illness he has been so supportive all the way. It's been two years going on three-year now .he is the best doctor and the only doctor I trust
