    Using preferred practice method of online request, put in for urgent appointment at 08.01am now 14.08pm no contact. Unable to escalate why. Also why do you not comment on any reviews..???

    I received a text asking me to book a telephone appointment. So I phoned the surgery to request one. I was told that I could not and that I had to request one by using the new online request form. Every time since 1st April, I log on it states "temporarily unavailable. So, if I've got this right...... The practice has messaged me to ask me to book an appointment, but the only way to do this is, for me to send a message to ask the practice to book me an appointment? But the system is not available so I can't. Why not just send me the appointment in the first place instead of sending me a text to tell me I need an appointment? 53 years I have been registered at Lister House and this is the worst it has ever been. Requires Improvement Indeed

    Your review: The booking system does not work. Tried 4 days..staff don't liase with each other. Mixed info. Came today a shambles. Up and down to reception. Standing at counter can't book. I've been sent her from NHS test for blood pressure. Congratulations you've just made ot worse. The system is failing . Staff at ok but they ignore you and interrupt when your talking putting themselves before you. Happened with my 90 year old mum last week too. So I can't get booked in. You've made things worse. Complete fai

    Dear Lister House, where is your email address ?? I do not want to phone up and be on hold for and hour when i do not want an appointment with a doctor, i only wish for some admin assistance!!! I received a text message from yourselves last week refusing a referral but advising that there was further help/contacts attached to the text. Guess what, no attachment!! I cant even reply to the text !!!

    I just sat in a short queue for half an hour. I reached number 1 and I got the engaged signal - I had been cut off! Not the first time this has happened. I could not use the new message system as said to do this tomorrow as not accepting new requests!

    I am ready. I'm happy at this surgery as the previous appointment system was terrible as you could never get an appointment or out of hours appointment because you can't ask for an appointment until the surgery is shut. So you have to wait the whole day until you can try and request an appointment which funnily enough is usually an out of hours appointment at this surgery. Now the system has changed over to an online booking system. However you cannot select appointments. You have to request an appointment and wait for someone to call or I'll text you with an appointment time. And at any point they can close the online booking form before you cannot contact them regarding anything and then you have to sit there and keep refreshing the page until it says that you can send the surgery a message. The trouble is you are not told on this website if they will be closed or any training days or times. So today I have had to call up be request a call back to find out when I will be able to access the form to book an appointment but then be told actually the surgery is closed from 1:00 p.m. I think this system is absolutely ridiculous. There are terrible holes in it. The problem is the staff a doctors and the nurses are quite pleasant and helpful if you get to see them and if you get an appointment. My auntie disappointed and the service has not helped. It's just left me. More frustrated than ever.

    I just wanted to give praise to the GP and Nurse that treated my daughter as an out of hours case Saturday morning. My daughter was diagnosed with asthma 3 years ago and after an anxious night preparing for a flare up she was given an out of hours appointment at Lister Medical Center, both the GP and the nurse were extremely kind considerate and gave the best care.

    I've had a very quick and efficient experience since recently being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Two appointments within a week and both nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.

    I can't get my x-ray results as no one is answering the phones .This is an ongoing problem. I reported them to the Patient Experience team in December 2023 for the same issue . (01992 566122 or 0170768500) They don't get back to them either its a joke !!

    New on line Triage has made a bad service worse .can't get through,it's always closed.back to special measures I think for this shambles of a practice
