My self and my wife could not have a received better service than we have had from all the three surgeries we have used in the last 3 months. We wish to thank the receptionists. Nurses and the Doctors for their care and attention we have received. David & Brenda Carter.

Great team of gps, but just had worst experience with reception. Needed to book flu vaccine for my daughter. Called to book and told no more clinics available and would have to call 111 to arrange. I call 111 and hold for hours. I’m then told try childhood screening and immunisation team. They send me back to lime tree and advise me to speak to practise manager. I thought this a bit aggressive so speak to reception and ask if I can book vaccine and this time am told to hold and then told no clinics but may be some in 4 weeks - call back. This is more encouraging but then I worry about advice being given to phone 111 and ask to speak to manager about previous experience. Not angry and at this time not feeling upset and then I hear the receptionist (who has forgotten to mute himself) say ‘she wants to complain’ then a round of laughter as I’m then put on hold. Receptionist then returns to phone to say manager is busy, he clearly hasn’t even spoken to them, just put me on hold and laughed. I asked for practise manager email and was just given the new patient reception email. Just Left feeling belittled and hurt. I only wanted to stop other mums wasting time and 111’s resources. Strange times we live in. Just posting in the hope I can warn others not to phone 111

Review titled Blood Test

I attended 3 times for a blood test, they had difficulty finding a vein in both arms several times, they managed to get one file but needed 2. After the third attempt I went to Worthing Hospital, where they managed to find a vein straight away. I found the experience very stressful.

Have always received efficient and excellent advice from the team at Lime Tree . My usual Dr is amazing and gives you time and is very understanding. I cannot fault my experience overall with any of the team with whom I've either spoken to or have seen in person . I am very satisfied with the efficiency and helpfulness at Lime Tree Surgery. Well done to àll the teams ! ;)

Review titled Doctors are good when you can actually get an appointment

The surgery seems to favour the e-consult system. In order to comply I filled in page after page of details on the form thinking, as the name suggests, that it would be an on-line consultation similar to a phone consultation. It is not. It's just a booking system. I was notified that I could have an appointment in 4-5 weeks.

I was called about an econsult message regarding a dental service that requires a GP referral. I was told flatly that service doesn't exist. Eventually the receptionist spoke to someone who said it does exist. No apology at all for not informing me correctly in the first place. Very rude and dismissive tone of voice. It takes nothing to be friendly and pleasant.

I was flat out in bed for 24hrs, called the 111 service, they said I should see a GP within the next 6 hours. GP had no appointments, said to call in the morning. Called in the morning to hear the receptionist say to me: „it’s not important enough, so just wait for a call back”.

When I unfortunately missed an appointment the receptionist at Lime Tree Goring was so understanding and helpful and offered another appointment for an overdue blood test.

Attempted an e-consult which didn’t work out. Went down to the Surgery, saw a helpful receptionist, someone rang me and I was seen at Limetree later in the afternoon
