Great support from your healthcare team to quit smoking. I decided my last day to smoke would be New Year’s Eve, and couldn’t have done it without her support. Still smoke free, thank you ever so much!!!

I believe in credit where credit is due. Previously, I have been used to appointments running very behind time and appointments being booked on multiple dates and a lack of information/clarity within the confirmation messages re location of appointments. However, today my experience was top notch. The practice continues to be beautifully clean, reception staff smiley and helpful, the appointment was absolutely on time and the GP lovely! Thank you Lea Wharf. There are ongoing issues but I do think you are listening to feedback and things will change. Thank you for today's appointment running so smoothly for my daughter.

I have been so impressed with this GP Practice since recently joining. The response to e-consults has been fast and on each occassion the GP has called back on the same day. I logged an e-consult to discuss xray results, received a call from Receptionist who confirmed the results and booked me in with a GP 2 hours later. We spoke for about 15 minutes and discussed several possible treatment options. The reception staff have been attentive and supportive. Each GP I have spoken to has given me time without feeling rushed and I feel so well supported. Thank you.

I was very happy with my treatment by the Dr today and equally as happy with reception staff I spoke to. The only criticism I have is it's a very echoey open space and I have a condition which causes sensory issues, im also a hearing aid wearer. The noise level and patients being allowed to leave their children running around caused for a very uncomfortable waiting time. Other than that it's all clean and professional

The facilities are new, clean, spacious and well laid out. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, as was the Doctor I saw. The self sign in computer didn't see m to work correctly, but the receptionist handled it anyway so no problem.

Contacting the surgery was not problem. The response time was swift. The objective was achieved. The surgery unfortunately still uses the old address for contact with other agencies within the NHS. It is possible therefore that referrals etc. by mail are being delayed.
