    This new building is much better for the patients. A well lit, nice & clean , well ventilated waiting room. All the consultancy rooms are now on the Level / Ground Floor, which must be a bonus for a lot of people. My procedure was bang on the appointed time. The Doctor could have not been any kinder or professional. He explained in detail all the relevant downsides, and their likelihood. The injection was quick and painless. Many Thanks to all involved.

    I telephoned this morning and was promised a call back from a Dr. The lovely Dr telephoned me at 14:50 this pm explaining all of my health concerns after my blood test proved abnormal putting me at ease, referral will follow as promised by her. Cannot thank the 3 Drs enough who saw me recently and telephoned me. The Drs and practice staff give excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much.

    During my recent consultation with a partner general practitioner at this practice, I found the experience to be highly unsatisfactory. The practitioner’s attitude was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive, which exacerbated my already low mood.

    My appt was 8:30am. I have a regular appt and always book an early slot so I won’t be delayed, These appts used to always be on time. Not anymore. This is second time I’ve had to wait half hour after my appt time. Once in the room, the staff member said appt was 8:45am on system but I had confirmation text and showed her 8:30am. And either way, it was still 15 mins late by her reconning. I was the only person waiting until 8:50 when two more patients came. I could hear the staff chatting too. Very frustrating as this also happened last time too. She said she’d report it. Too late for me and my 9am meeting though - again. Very poor service.

    The premises are up to date and well maintained. My blood pressure appointment was on time and conducted by a very friendly yet professional nurse - a rare combination! So from that point of view 5 stars. However, dealing ‘on-line’ does not suit all patients, octogenarians in particular. I just hanker for the days when it wasn’t just 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday and when one’s GP actually knew their patients well - often being able to recognise a problem before even speaking and examining!

    The current system could be improved by allowing me to select their GP and by offering a way to book face-to-face appointments online directly, bypassing the repetitive online form. Separately, the Duty GP I consulted recently lacked adequate customer service skills; it's important that clinicians communicate with empathy. Unfortunately, an unhappy experience I have recently had.
