The doctor was supportive with good advice and treatment was offered. I went with 3 concerns related to different things and she was able to advise sensible courses of action for each, leaving me reassured.

The nurses were very helpful. My son got vaccination shot in his hand for the first time. I was very nervous but it was graceful attempt by senior nurse. Thanks

I have had great experiences of care here over many years. Most recently I contacted the surgery about menopause concerns, the GP conducted a phone appointment, took me seriously and was very thorough with her questions and checking what I meant. She discussed options with me and sent me info as well, not just about my main concerns but about related things like checking my breasts and how to eat more calcium. The appointment system is not the easiest and the receptionists can be dragons at times - I think they do it to protect the health professionals because the health professionals work so hard. They have to deal with a lot of abuse as well so they have to be a bit tough. So don’t give up if you ring them and they seem dismissive. They will pass your message on and you will get good quality care from committed staff.

Appointment booked for home visit ,no show ,no phone call to confirm they weren't attending, visited practice to rebook ,attended at 4 30 in afternoon ,I believe if I hadn't gone to the surgery no action would have happened

I have terrible Osteoarthritis in both knees and walking is making me feel very sick. I had an appointment with Doctor yesterday and he was just so helpful we spoke about my medication and it’s not helping so I am going to wean off gradually and the Doctor is calling me next week to see how I’m doing and to talk about going down another level on my medication. The doctor also gave me a steroid injection into both knees and today the day after my knees feel so much better I hope it lasts. Doctor is also going to refer me back to the consultant as there has been only deterioration in my joints. I was so very grateful of the Doctor and he was a really friendly nice guy

Dr. was very professional and made the whole experience feel very relaxed and made sure I understood what I was being told. Had a nice way about her, which I appreciated

I recieve medcine on time , if completely run out still given next day . Chemist next door good news .. 👏 maybe some air conditioning..sometimes no soap/ liquid in toilet. Appointment take only 4 days too aquire in eastville health centre in Comparison. Here 10 days...

H,nurse to went over and above board convinced me to rebook my smear test with the older H, last smear I had was unbearably painful but the nurse who conducted the smear I feel was not trained properly, especially with more mature ladies. H, on the 12/4/2024 made me feel confident that I wouldn't have the same treatment.
