My mother is registered at this GP surgery. Doctor's are lovely and the staff are kind and helpful. Thank you for the care you have provided with my mother.

my family, and my husband parents are registered in this amazing practice. wenn you calling by phone, you waiting time is not more wenn 2 minutes. The receptionist doing amazing job,dealing patients appointment by phone,try to help you the best way. in my country gp staff is very root, nobody care about you.but here,practice staff is like part of you family. job with the people is the hardest job,with small amounts of money. All my family, want to say big thanks for all staff,all doctors, and practice manager.

Pre-booked a telephone appointment between 16.00pm -17.00pm on 02.08.22 and GP failed to call me. I recently heard on the media that patients may be fined for not keeping appointments. Why can’t the same apply to the GP’s who waste patient’s time they earn enough? They’ll probably blame it on COVID -19.
