Such a positive experience at this practice. Getting a face to face appointment was easy using the e-consult option, followed by a telephone assessment. I felt listened to & appropriate referrals were made with all processes clearly explained. Lovely GP as well as efficient.

I had a skin issue I was worried about as it was not going away. I used the NHS App to request an appointment. A Doctor called me at home a couple of hours later, re-assured me that I was not going to die that day :) and booked me an appointment for two working days in the future. I was seen at 9 on the dot, given a careful examination, had the diagnosis shared with me and was show the evidence on the doctor's computer. 30 minutes later I picked up the prescribed cream from my local pharmacy which sorted out my problem. Brilliant service and I felt respected and cared for.

I have been at this GP surgery for over 20 years. As I have gotten older and more independent with my care, the service I received from them has kept on getting worse. Anytime I need medical assistance I would rather go to A&E if it’s really bad or just sit at home and cry. I have tried paying for private GP services (which I cannot afford) but for some services I have no option but to contact the GP. Every time I try and access some sort of medical assistance i am left with more issues then I came in with. If I could make myself better I would. People approach GPs because they need some level of medical help. But it’s easier staying unwell because you’re not going to get any help from Lambeth Walk Group Practice even when you exhaust all your options.

Receptionists reluctant to take calls. Doctors you never get to see the same one twice. Seems to mostly provide trainee students. I've been using the group practice for at least 20 years. Due to getting older to find a local GP that provides a more caring and considerate practice. I feel sorry for anyone who's elderly with fragile health that would have to rely on the Lambeth walk group practice, its 3rd world provision is the reason to never go there.
