I didnt have any difficulties booking an appointment, I was seen on time and the doctor really listened to my concerns. She gave me advice, offered me treatment and made referrals for aftercare. I really was impressed and happy to be seen by this very professional young doctor. She made a world of difference to me.

I have been registered at this surgery since 2007. At the beginning the services were very good all round, but noticed a very bad customer service attitude at the reception about 3 to 4 years ago. Recently, I have noticed a lot of improvement from the Reception staff, better attitude towards patients, more professional and improved customer service attitude. I will like to give credit where due, certainly the staff in the front desk and the back office are making good efforts at improving the standard. Well done and thanks to everyone that are making this possible.

The receptionist was nice,I got an immediate call back has promised same day within few hours. The nurse that attended to me was very nice and friendly. Overall satisfied with their services

As always the Flu / COVID clinic was run perfectly. The girls that organise it do so brilliantly. Nurses are great as always. In and out in minutes. Keep up the good work.

I am really encouraged by the team I met at Lakeside, from the reception to the doctor I met. All my questions and concerns were put into consideration. I was given enough time and i feel satisfied and encouraged, because I had the time to express my case.

Was greeted with a lovely smile and made to feel at ease and all was explained to me clearly. I am looking forward to being with this practice and meeting different staff as I have a few long term health conditions

I was having a blood test which I was dreading, the lady who took blood was absolutely fantastic she calmed me down took blood with the least pain ever no bruise afterwards can't rate her highly enough a big thanks from me.

Had great experience with my son 3 year 4 months vaccination. A reminder is send to me about vaccination as sms. I was given an online link to choose a suitable date for the appointment. Booking appointment was very easy. On the day of the appointment, we were called on time. Nurse was courteous, made my son feel relaxed, explained what vaccinations are being given, when will be the next vaccination and also explain about possible side effects. Also given a sticker to make my son happy. Overall excellent experience.

Called surgery at 11am needing a phone consultation for my husband. Was advised call would be received by 1pm. Dr called and agreed to visit was here by 2.30 to see my husband. Can’t complain at all about the surgeries prompt action and advice. We were both very grateful to the Doctor who helped so much. Thank you so much.
