I find this new system of getting an appointment to see a doctor is ridiculous, especially for elderly people with no access to internet. I could not attend my sister’s funeral to wait for a call back from the doctor.

One of the best GP practice in London if not the best I've experienced by far. I went for my NHS 5 yearly check. Booking the appointment was smooth. The nurse I met was lovely and very receptive. She took much interest in my health and gave me great advice.

Staff was very professional, welcoming and warm. She radiated an atmosphere of calmness. There was a feeling of being in a reassuring environment.

Had a call regarding a chest X-ray I had for lung cancer offered an appointment 2 days away. Called back as very anxious and asked for appointment today Told none available and asked if a Doctor could call me Just got a flat No from a snotty receptionist sadly I lost it and swore . This is not how to manage a doctors surgery or people who are very concerned. Sooner I can find a new doctors the better This place is dreadful

I phoned in the afternoon for an appointment. I was offered and sent by text alternative places to go as surgery was booked for the day. I in addition got the next available appointment. I spoke to a very cheerful and helpful lady.

The nurses who attended to me on 7th March 2024 are very kind, compassionate with me. I was anxious about my smear test, they reassured me by talking me through the process. They are angels. They made the process easy for me. Kudos to them

Goes out of her way to help you and comes back with feed back and explains if the information was ok And also told me to do e consult form to see I can get seen quicker

The receptionist did not let me speak, she was going by what she is reading on my records and not how I am feeling. All efforts to explain to her how I am feeling was to no avail. I was at A&E and I need to be referred to neurology through my GP and to get a regular migraine prevention medication. This lady will not listen and she asked me to go do it e- consult the link she sent said its closed until 8am again next day. 😒 I feel very sick to my stomach that the receptionist sit and think they know you better than you know yourself. Horrible service.

A life Safer Surgery. I thought I was dead but they gave me Life. My GP has been giving me hope and also taking care of how my health will be better and also my children. My GP is my family in this country. I thank my Doctor alot. She has been their for me and making me feel better all the time. Bless her. Me and my children are saying a big Thank You to My Doctor.
