I had a great experience today. GP was very patient. He listened to me and payed attention to my concerns and requests. Afterwards I received lots of explanations and advice including further investigations of my problems. Before my appointment I was very nervous but after attending Health Centre I realised that my problems are treatable and I was very encouraged by very professional advice.

Got same day appointment as per my son’s after school timeslot. Doctor was very thorough and give proper medications which started giving results from day 1. Always getting specialized and on time treatment from this GP for last 6 years.

I always meet great people and service providers anytime I step into the practice. From the receptionists to the doctors etc, they always make my day. My medical issues that brought me were thoroughly evaluated and simplified in a way I understand everything. The follow up reminders and emails are quite commendable.

From the day I joined the practice I've had nothing but attentive,caring,positive care Every gp/nurse i have seen has gone above and beyond for a smooth appointment. Reception staff are extremely helpful and greet with a smile and always ready to help or advise. Health issues i had were dealt with very thoroughly.

I had an over 40s health check . I was kept informed about everything that the test required and about the results.The lady who done my test was friendly,professional and supportive.it made going for my health check a good experience and put me at ease as I was worried about the results especially the diabetes results. I would recommend having a health check as my experience of having the test was a pleasant one.

I was attended to by a well experienced matured Dr and he was so reassuring and I appreciate his advice and I am currently following is recommendation for the next 2weeks and hope my issue is resolved.

I have been registered with Lakeside medical centre. Between 5 - 6 years, and I have never been let down or had to make a complaint. I had a phone appointment on Thursday 06/03/25. Which was a check up on my wellbeing and regarding my medication was all in order. The pharmacist, was very polite and helpful and mainly understanding! I was allowed to take my time with questions and answers. I find very important because of my health condition, I need to absorb the information I receive and be able to reply at my own pace! I can only compliment the NHS staff at this medical centre, from GPS, nurses, receptionists, back room staff and of course the cleaners who keep all areas clean and tidy. One note for our receptionists! If they seem to be having a rough day, tough day, difficult day, trying day, off day or any one of those days! As patience's must remember, they are under a lot of difficulty and stressful time's and may not have all the answers you are looking for, at that precise moment! Also remember to give them a thank you and a thanks for being there !

Visited to have a blood preasure check following a recent hospital visit. It was only a few minutes before I was seen. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care for my health and well being. Really please with the experiance.

I don't know how to do a face to face appointment so missed my appointment never got told how to, I'm desperate for an appointment and at my whits end, I'm so depressed and need help, I feel so alone and helpless and can't get any help as I don't know how
