My husband & I visited Laira Surgery today for our Flu vaccination. This was our first visit to the practice. We were met at the door & directed to the reception. We then waited a couple of minutes & was sent through for our flu injections. The staff were all lovely,chatting with every one, I thought of the lovely atmosphere & organisation. Thank you Laira practice you all did such a great job & should be recognised for the good work you do.

I have always found all Pathfields surgeries professional and helpful. Solving any problems I've had quickly and efficiently. Vaccine roll outs excellent.

I had a flu-jab today, it was straightforward.There was no waiting around,the staff were polite and supportive.I was treated with respect and dignity.I would highly recommend this surgery, my experience was good.Thankyou

My husband and I popped down for our flu injections and we were in,done,out before our appointment time. We were greeted at the path,door and in surgery Well done Pathfeilds

I went for my flu jab, many people in the queue but, everyone walked through very quickly & I was in & out in a few minutes. Plenty of staff who welcomed everyone warmly, took peoples details so no waiting around & each person was directed correctly with staff assisting those less able & helping people out the easiest way for their capability. A very pleasant experience

So well organised. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Everyone was made welcome. There was help for people with disabilities. Everyone was taken great care of.

Appreciate our surgery so much. Never let us down. Have always been heard and actually listened too. A plan of action is ways put in place, and a back up of first suggestion fails. Realy lovley doctors, love seeing the oldies (long serving members of staff). Receptionist are friendly. The telephone service has improved, don't be annoyed to hear your number 30 in the que, it drops quickly. The online consult forms are quick, and any admin queries are dealt with pretty speedy. Wait rooms are clear bright and spacious . Can't nominate a chemist so prescriptions automatically get sent across. Recommended surgery 100%
