I had a minor op to remove 2 lesions today. The doctor put me at ease along with the nurse. And the procedure was quick and painless. Many thanks for your understanding and care.

The nicest person ever nothing was too much trouble did not feel rushed was listened to just perfect Shame you can’t request a certain doctor for continuity

My appointment was in regards to a steriod injection on my shoulder. I was kept informed on the procedure and advised abouth other alternatives, which I may well turn to at a later stage.

Laira surgery must be the most friendly and well managed surgery ever. The various staff members are very helpful, polite and supportive. My Dr was especially understanding with my condition and most prepared to help. Many thanks 🙏

I was seen by a very professional and understanding Gp. After being unwell for several month and several course of antibiotics. This female Gp not only explained my diagnosis she wrote down my treatment plan. Ido hope this Gp is available if I should ever become unwell and need to seek medical treatment.

An appointment for a steroid injection today went really well. On time, no wait. Warm welcome by the clinic Doctor. Made to feel at ease and able to discuss problems. Procedure carried out without too much discomfort and some further advise given. A completely satisfied patient. Thank you.

Went to see my doctor again today for my arranged appointment. As always it went very well, with me being extremely happy with the help and advice that I was given. I'm very grateful for this service, which continues to help me progress with my health issues.
