I’ve always received a warm welcome when visiting Kiveton Park Medical Practice, I find the staff to be extremely helpful and quick to sort out any issues I have. I needed an emergency tetanus shot after being badly scratched by a dog. I phoned on the morning of, the receptionist manager was incredibly understanding of my injury and managed to fit me in to receive the tetanus vaccination within a matter of hours, luckily there wasn’t any need for antibiotics. I had a lovely chat with the Nurse who seemed very informed about tetanus and how it’s transmitted. Thank you for your kind service!!

I have been with this surgery for 24 years and have witnessed lots of changes over that time in the staff. However, one thing that always remains the same is the professionalism, care, consideration, efficiency and kindness of all the staff members at Kiveton Park. I would never consider going anywhere else.

We appreciate your feedback and as you say things have changed, particularly the different roles as primary care evolves. Although staff and roles change we still pride ourselves on being professional and caring for our patients.

Went in, didn’t have to wait very long, nurse was nice, all good. Receptionists were good on the phone.

The team at Kiveton have been amazing, reception, nurses and doctors. They have made an incredibly stressful time less stressful, and the level of customer service has been second to none. Thank you all again.

Went to see Dr yesterday and what a great Dr he is. Very thorough and really listened to me. Explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he was telling me . He could tell how much pain I was in and wanted to get to the bottom of it for me. Even sent a text message later on in the day to ask me to let him how I am getting on in a weeks time. Thank you so much.

Seen in a good time scale, the place was clean and staff were very friendly. Doctor was very nice and attentive and explained everything thoroughly and in easy to understand terms.

I was collected by a very friendly doctor from reception and the treatment I received resolved my problem.

From arriving only waiting 5.mins to see the doctor who explained my problem and showed me a diagram on computer to sending my prescription to Swallownest chemist to me getting to Swallownest Took 20 mins . Very impressed with the service and friendliness of staff.
