From calling at 8.00 in morning practice was busy which I expected, got through at 8.30, and was offered 2 appointments for that day. Seen by the Paramedic and was very satisfied with consultation. Best thing I done was moving to this practice. Keep up the good work all.

Shocking found a lump called receptionist says we can't pre book appointments with a female doctor just call daily and see if you can get an appointment everytime you call no appointments so just stress daily what this lump is when cancer runs through your family

As a health professional they are always willing to go above and beyond. Fast efficient staff. Great at multi professional working. Patients are greatful for the professional manner there care is dealt with.

Your Review: I have been a patient for over 40 years as are many of my close family . I have nothing but praise for all the staff from the doctors nurses the paramedic the phlebotomist and all the reception staff especially the young man on the front desk . Well before the pandemic I recommended them to friends and family and during the pandemic they were without doubt the best practice I've heard of . Always appointments not just video but face to face they went above and beyond . Finally I must praise them for their vaccine rollout not for just their own patients but many in the surrounding community , Well Done to all of you at Kingstanding Surgery and the pharmacy staff attached too.

Having not had a blood test for 27years through fear I finally went. The young man was so understanding. Couldn’t get blood on the first occasion so had to rebook again he was totally caning and understanding of my fear. Really helped me overcome my fear of blood tests.
