Their proactive care and approach really made a difference to my situation. I moved around in the last couple of years so I know what a overwhelmed GP is like.

I couldn’t have had a more expert fast diagnosis to what I was experiencing. I feel so relieved that I can move forward. Surgery is a teaching surgery and doctors and trainees are excellent. Under great management with expert nurses, and I feel confident that they have done the very best for me in a short period of time. Many thanks.

It's very hard to find a surgery that looks past previous indiscretions and gives you a fresh start and takes your words into account . I've seen multiple drs at this practice who have all been wonderful . I'm currently in the hospital awaiting surgery but it wouldn't have been possible at other surgery's I've been in so a massive thank you to the wonderful team you have

Have great experiences with this practice. When I phone for an appointment they often see me on the same day for the initial one. No waiting around. Friendly and efficient service both face to face and over the phone

I have recently changed practice and compared to my old surgery this practise is amazing. The doctors go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the right level of care and dont rush you. The reception staff are so friendly and accomodating, they dont get annoyed when making appointments. My old surgery if i didnt call exactly at 9.30am i couldn't get an appointment but at this surgery iv made 3 appointments and managed to get an appointment within 2 hours. Doctor also gave my son a sticker for being so good and r the Nurse gave them lollypops after getting vaccine done. Honestly the staff here are all so good from the moment you walk in to leaving the service is 20/10. I cant thank you all enough for the great service and making my transfer to the surgery so smooth and my experience amazing. Thank you dr Jha and your amazing team.
