    I can get migraines and need to take migraleve but can’t take to United States unless prescribed. I usually manage by avoiding triggers but migraleve is essential if aura starts. I usually buy it over the counter to save doctor needing to be involved. I requested a prescription for travelling snd it was done within three hours and dispensed tonight. I thought it might take weeks or that I might have to go private so I’m hugtt et my grateful for brilliant response by surgery.

    Quick response from surgery after submitting my online request for health care assistance. Doctor clearly explained to me - by phone - what my medical condition was and has prescribed appropriate medication and how to administer it. Very helpful and courteous conversation.

    We are treated like cattle. "Go online at 0730" to make an appointment. Can't get through and then eventually it closes because of "capacity". Phone to be told "everything is full" and no, you can't book an advance appointment. If this was to operate in the 'real' world, the business would have closed years ago. People are becoming seriously ill because of disappearing GP care.

    Re on going long term bowel problems. Email sent 8am on Friday 18th August 2023, to request a discussion or appointment with a gp. Prompt telephone reply making appointment to see a doctor 4pm same day. 4pm promt saw a gp who following a brief history and examination suggested I may have partial bowel blockage. Advised to take a thorough clean out solution over 2 to 3 days. This was followed by a phone call an hour later suggesting sending a poo sample to the hospital on Monday 18th to test for blood in the bowel movements. This was again followed up by a phone call telling me the sample was clear. So all in all very efficient and prompt service to an email appointment request. Excellent service throughout. My one concern which may affect others as well as myself,is I have parkinsons disease and am not able to type easily this has taken several attempts throughout the day to complete and is similarly very difficult at 8am before medication allows me to move well. I appreciate I can ring and wait for a receptionist to record my wishes but this means waiting in a queue of between 10 and 12 waiting. An additional way to get in touch would very useful as I was unable to leave the toilet due to the condition I was requesting an appointment for. Luckily I have family to help me out but for others that my not be possible. I hope yhis is a helpfull review.

We are so very pleased to hear you are satisfied with the service and care you have received by Inspire Health. I will ensure this is fed back across all staff members involved! Thank you also for your feedback / suggestion regarding difficulties for some with the appointment system. We are always actively reviewing the system and implementing changes based off of patient feedback. We will ensure your point is discussed at the next management meeting. On a positive note, we have recently recruited some new members of staff within the reception team. This will massively improve the wait times of the telephone which will result in patients being able to speak to a member of the reception team swiftly without experiencing long waits. Hopefully in turn, this will make it easier for those who have difficulty with the online system. Thanks again for your review and comments.     After having to leave work early due to health issues, I was able to speak to a GP, get a prescription and sick note. Extremely helpful receptionist and prompt reply from GP.

    Fantastic service as my first experience with this surgery having recently moved. The response was quick after sending photos and everything was explained to me really well and in a lovely manner. I felt very reassured after the consultation and was very grateful for the help. I haven't mentioned the lovely GP by name as it states not to but would be very happy to if any more information is needed. Thankyou.

    Although I may not have not got to see a GP I have received the help I needed. Keeping my husband at home is paramount to me and with the help of Inspire health I am able to do this. The online system is good but reaches capacity quickly. Thank you.

Regarding the appointment system, this is still relatively new and we are always seeking to develop and grow this. We appreciate capacity can be reached extremely quickly on some days but unfortunately this is a NHS wide problem. We do actively work on ways to try and improve this internally however.     Sent in online form stating symptoms and in about 20 minutes was contacted and offered a same day appointment at 3.10 pm Jepson Road . That was really impressive and efficient. The nurse gave me a good check over and ' listened ' to what I had to say . A prescription was issued and by 4.0pm had collected and able to take first dose . So , from first thing to late afternoon saw all completed . Could have got in earlier but was away on holiday . Overall that was fantastic .
