The Nurse who i had my appointment with ,was very professional, with my procedure. But also very personable she listened to me and took on board what I said making my appointment easy for the both of us.She also combined another appointment therefore freeing up another appointment for someone else. Altogether a great experience.

I called at the surgery to see if l could talk to someone about my condition. The receptionist took all my information and told me I would be getting a call. No sooner that I got home I got that call. I was asked if I could come into surgery for a 9.15 am appointment. I agreed and went to see the nurse who checked me over and prescribed some medication. I went to the chemist downstairs waited for a few minutes, got my medication and went home. Total time from leaving home to see if I could help at the surgery to getting back home with medication 1 hour 40 minutes. Very well done.

All going well and when patients follow the correct pathways, they find that with the triaging process in place here at Inspire Health, they receive prompt and efficient care that is appropriate for their health concern. Have been very ill for a long time but when I have really needed help, the GPs at this surgery have been great at calling me back by phone to help me with my problems. I work full time so the help by phone is great and they send the prescription for medication over the road to the chemist so that I can get them at my convenience.

I found -the advanced clinical practitioner , very friendly and considerate. She listened well and checked my records too. She gave a thorough examination and prescribed medication with some thought. She showed empathy. I felt very confident that she was doing her job well.

I was put at ease for a procedure I previously had pain for but this time was a breeze. I was given clear information and she was very professional. I appreciate the time she took to explain the procedure, results process and to put my nerves at ease. Thank you.

Contacted the surgery this morning , received a call back with 10 mins & an appointment 2 hours later. A full & thorough examination of my issue & full history taken . Onward referral , medication to support meanwhile . A fabulous professional & friendly appointment. A great practice to attend

Amazing GP who put me at ease from the minute she welcomed me into the surgery. She explained things so well and was very reassuring . Excellent service and I left feeling much better than what I did on arriving thanks to her lovely manner and explanation.
