The new system of booking appointments electronically does not work for the elderly ie my 91yr old mother. My heart goes out to those who don’t have family to assist.

I have had a repeat prescription for years ordered through the NHS app latest one place 2 June chased up 13 June app tells me it’s been rejected when I finally get through to surgery it’s been ordered a ‘ week too early ‘ thus rejected - ridiculous I am now waiting and hoping it arrives before my Holiday !! departure when I will have run out ….

Surgery has gone downhill tried to book a smear and automatically told no appointments call back in a few weeks absolutely disgraceful especially after receiving text messages to say call the surgery to book. Not the first time this has happened with doctors and nurses appointments. Seriously considering moving surgeries

Worst pra tice in the area in my opinion. I had to go through two receptionists because given misleading information and spoken to like dirt by the second one. Ended up having to go into the surgery where spoken to sarcastically.

medical review to dvla reference shall we say errors in statements made by certain from individuals , have to be careful what i review as i have previously been asked to leave the practice if not happy with the service must say though a lot of the staff are caring and professional . keep a record if possible of your experience be wary

Since I registered with this GP in 2021 , I have never secured a face to face GP appointment whether by phone or physically . If I get a date , it will be postponed all the time . I'm diabetic ,work night shifts outside of Crewe but live 1.6miles away from this GP. I'm not getting enough care from this GP. Many times I visit the GP to make an appointment ,I get turned back yet i find other people waiting in the queue,mainly white people. I just want to know which days are people of colour welcomed in this practice. I had another appointment on Monday the 20th February but it was postponed to Friday the 24th at 09:15am . I won't be surprised if that appointment doesn't happen.

asked by a telephone call to book an appointment with the doctor however the caller was unable to book an appointment at that time and asked me to call back the week later ...spent a total of two hours nearly on Monday morning and tuesday morfning trying to get through with no luck . Went to the practice in person to try to book an appointment but got told they cant book more than a week in advance and have no slots so to wait till next week and then try again by phone . Totally unacceptable attitude of the practice . going round in circles and totally unhelpful practice ,. asked how to make a complaint while i was there and got told to go and do it online ...This practice doesnt appear fit for purpose

We have been patients for a number of years and have always appreciated the great service. We rang the surgery last week as my husband was quite unwell with shortness of breath. Within an hour a GP telephone us back and sent us a link to do a video call which worked perfectly. He attended the next day for blood tests and an ECG. We are just awaiting the results but very much appreciate such prompt attention. I noticed there are several negative comments about contacting the surgery but we have never had a problem. Thank you to all the staff.
