Although continuing the face obvious pressures in the NHS generally you genuinely feel the doctors, nurses and all other staff are trying to do all they can with the resources available to them. Seem to make effective use of available technology. Have always found them to be professional yet friendly.

My GP took time to cover the complex context of my health needs. She explained evidence for treatment recommended in a way that helped me choose and we have a monitoring plan in place tailored to me and my lifestyle. Exemplary public health practice and not the first time I’ve received such kind support from this GP group.

Staff from reception to nurses and Doctors always friendly and explaining everything. Never been let down by them. They try an accommodation seeing someone in person as often as they can
