My husband & I have been patients at both the Cheadle Hulme & Handforth practices for many years. We are so very grateful for all the professionalism, kindness & understanding we have been shown by all members of staff. I moved here from a different local practice after several issues. I cannot begin to describe the difference. I have never had such a positive experience as I have in the last two years, I have never struggled to get an appointment, the staff are always kind and courteous and genuinely care. Under such stressful times for GPS I am so grateful to find such a wonderful practice

Been a patient here for 19 years. I can't fault the speed with which they deal with me. I get appointments within acceptable time periods. Their on line service is quick and easy to use, freeing up the phone lines for those without Internet access. I usually get responses within the day, recently within the hour. The receptionists are helpful and proactive. Would definitely recommend this practice!

I cannot fault this surgery. The ladies who answer the phones cannot do enough to help, they are polite, knowledgable and go out of their way to help. The Doctors are amazing also going out of their way to help. My mum has had 3 home visits in the past 6 weeks , the doctors stay as long as she needs them. I feel so lucky and blessed that we have such a great GP surgery.

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years, I have always had the best of attention from all the very friendly staff. At a time of severe difficulties, within the NHS, I have continued to enjoy the very best of care at Hulme Hall. We hear about the failing service from news reports and very often from people we know and I feel compassion for anyone who’s needs are not being met for whatever the reason, but this practice has continued to put in their full commitment to keep up a service level that I’m sure is valued by by all their patients. A huge thanks to everybody there for their care and support during my current illness, I feel they are helping me towards the best outcome and have taken away a lot of my fears as a consequence.

My husband and I have always received excellent care from this practice and feel very fortunate to have them as our GP. All of the staff doctors nurses and reception have been very kind thorough and helpful. Thank you all .

Friendly, professional, experienced efficient staff. From the moment you walk in the door you feel they are there to look after your health and well-being. All the staff are excellent. The doctors have always been available and called to discuss an ongoing problem
