    I've had to attend surgery,three times recently and on each occasion, I received the Best of care. I was listened too and treated with dignity and sensitivity. I came because of a very sensitive problem and was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend to this practice. It's got better and better over the last few years.

    The Doctor/ Medical practitioner was very polite, humble and helpful. She listened me very carefully with her full attention. She checked up my stiffed muscle and issed very affective prescription. She gave me 3 kind of tablets which were very affective. She's well versed for her job. Need some more service providers likewise.

    Horizon Healthcare gave me a very good service. It was just for a prescription review but the lady i spoke to was very friendly & knowledgeable. She went through all the options step by step & explained everything simply, resulting in a very satisfactory conclusion.

    Had an appointment with the nurse who was absolutely brilliant, but then went to reception to book an appointment with a doctor to be told I have to call to arrange a appointment. I was so shocked with there reply. So you don't speak to the reception when checking in for your appointment and they can't make an appointment when you stand at reception. My question is then is why do we have receptionist? I then called to make an appointment to be told I was 11th in line, this never changed. So I still haven't got an appointment and it's not as though I'm there all the time

    I called first thing in morning and was seen by a practitioner nurse in the afternoon she understood my problem and treated me with confidence and respect and talked me through the treatment

    My medicinevreview was due, I received the relevant blood test forms along with a text message to book into blood clinic. Once bloods were taken I received a message to book appointment with pharmacist to discuss results. All this completed without any issues. Pharmacist was excellent, listening to my input and offering advise when needed. Excellent teamwork

    The day's appointment was full bit when the admin heard I was in pain, she booked me to come in in a few hours. The doctor was very patient and listened to and professionally diagnosed what seemed to be the issue. He also immediately gave a great pain killer that has helped a great deal. He also gave the telephone to book the X-ray which I'll be having in a few hours. I really appreciate your service. Thanks

    Nurse said couldn't help when I told her about my flushes + sore skin think from thyroid tablets being increased got to bother the doctor + waste an appointment all I wanted was to lower them couldn't be anything else thought a nurse could do that
