Suffering with gallstones, only given a blood test told my results were normal by txt numerous times only to have a phone call from the nurse a week later saying they're not normal then I've to wait another week for a gp to ring me! No referral for a scan just got to suffer in pain until the gp rings . Absolute shambles of a surgery and that's after waiting 3 days to be seen!

Hollyns Health doesn't have their opening times on their website and the details on Google and the NHS website are wrong: Please get them to put them on their website and update the NHS website to avoid patients having wasted journeys on Fridays. Allerton surgery only open 0800 to 1300 not 0800 to 1800 hours!

NHS website has been now updated to show opening hours for Allerton on a Friday as 0800 to 1300 Hollyns are currently in the process of a total re-infrastructure of our practice website where many changes/updates are being made. Thank you
